Reform UK have pulled off a surprise victory in a council by-election in the ward of Whitburn and Blackburn in West Lothian - their first ever win in Scotland.

BBC political correspondent David Wallace Lockhart went to Whitburn to find why people decided to turn to Nigel Farage's party.
