Sports Personality: How volunteering gave Unsung Hero Kirsty Ewen a reason to 'keep fighting'

Sports Personality of the Year 2018 Unsung Hero winner Kirsty Ewen says volunteering at her local swimming club gave her a reason to "keep fighting" after struggling with her mental health.
