A 21-year-old man has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life after fires at two properties and a car linked to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, police have said.

Roman Lavrynovch, a Ukrainian national from Sydenham, south-east London, was charged with three counts of arson with intent to endanger life.

The charges relate to three incidents over a four-day period - a vehicle fire in Kentish Town, north London, a fire at the prime minister's private home on the same street and a fire at an address that he previously lived at in north-west London.
