Aston Villa sign Netherlands winger Grant from Ajax

Aston Villa have signed Netherlands winger Chasity Grant from Ajax for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old joins on a three-year deal, subject to FA approval and international clearance.

The Netherlands international made over 100 appearances for Ajax in all competitions after joining in 2020.

Villa manager Robert de Pauw said: "Chasity is a fast winger with lots of pace. She can play on both sides and is also able to play as a striker or wing-back.

"She has earned her stripes in the Netherlands, winning everything there was to win.

"She is a player I believe will suit the WSL with her style of play and I look forward to working with her and seeing her shine in front of our amazing supporters."
